Motorcycle headlight restoration

Has your headlight lens become dull, discolored, scratched, or suffered from minor pitting? In many cases, it is possible to restore the lens clarity instead of replacing the entire headlight.

We restore the exterior of the headlight lens through a meticulous process of cleaning, sanding, and polishing. The surface is then treated with a protective coating to preserve the results and guard against further exposure to UV light and weather.

The restoration can, among other things, remove:

Dull and oxidized surfaces
Discolored plastic
Surface scratches
Minor pitting
Coatings and other surface damage

The result is a significantly clearer and fresher lens, which can also help restore the headlight's original light output.

Please note:
We cannot restore cracked or broken lenses, damage on the inside, or other structural damage. For more severe damage, we will first assess whether the lens can be restored.
